Al, a conversational AI Discord bot (“we”, “us”, “our”, "the Bot"). By interacting with Al, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Use of the Bot
- You may use Al for personal or community purposes within Discord servers.
- You agree not to use Al for any illegal, harmful, or abusive activities.
- We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to Al at our discretion.
2. Data and Privacy
- Al stores conversation history locally on the server running the bot to improve responses.
- We do not collect, sell, or share your personal data outside of what is necessary for the bot’s operation.
- By using Al, you consent to this limited local data storage.
3. Intellectual Property
- The codebase and bot content are owned by the bot developer.
- The codebase is open source and licensed under the MIT License.
- You are free to use, modify, and distribute the code under the terms of the MIT license.
- The Al bot name and branding may be subject to separate restrictions and are not included in the MIT license grant.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
- Al is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or availability of Al.
- Use Al at your own risk.
5. Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of Al.
- We, the developers and/or contributors, are not liable for any responses/content/text/chunks generated by the Bot.
- This includes direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
6. Uncensored Content
- Al includes an optional
/uncensored
command that uses a model which may generate unmoderated or offensive content. - This feature is only available in age-restricted (NSFW) Discord channels.
- Use of this command constitutes explicit consent to receive potentially unsafe or unfiltered outputs.
- All uncensored outputs are marked with a disclaimer and message content is hidden behind a spoiler block.
- Use responsibly. Abuse of this feature may result in revoked access.
- This command has different more informational logs that includes your Discord user ID, a timestamp of when the response was generated, your prompt/message, and the Bot's response/content/text/chunk.
7. Changes to Terms
- We may update these Terms of Service at any time.
- Continued use of Al constitutes acceptance of any changes.
